- Go to the settings on the upper right corner when you are running the Instagram app.
- Click “Linked Accounts”.
- Click on “Facebook”.
- Click “Unlink.”
You can also do it through Facebook:
1.Go to settings of your facebook account.
2. Find the tab ‘apps‘ there and click on it and then you will see apps that you have given the permissions to access your account details.
